Time to gather again around the full moon energy to release and let go of what no longer serves us, with the support of the Circle and the Sisterhood.

Let’s make it a tradition, a support system for women 😀😀

I love the saying: “Before therapy existed, our ancestors practiced rituals.”
When we make space to sit with our vulnerabilities, connect with our truth, voice it, and transmute what needs to be transformed through the power of the conscious collective, it has always been deeply healing for me. That is the reason I am sharing this medicine to the world.

As usual, the circle will be guided by astrological wisdom to help you tap into the present energy and gentle embodiment practices to reconnect with the body.

It will also be supported by guided meditation and a shamanic drum journey to help you dive deeper and peel back the layers with more clarity.
We are closing this full moon with the final shedding of the Year of the Snake (Chinese tradition). What are you willing to let go of this month to manifest the life you desire and get closer to your pure essence? 💕

This month, I invited my friend Danielle to offer to the circle a session of Integral Eyes Movement Therapy.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a gentle approach that works with how emotional memories and patterns are stored in the brain and nervous system. Through simple guided eye movements, it supports letting go of emotional blocks, reducing intensity, and creating more space, clarity, and ease.

In the circle, you’ll be guided through a light, resourced practice, no prior experience needed.
