Jazz Club Halloween - Glitteratti ALL costumed for MAX shock, attention, photos.

--It’s a Halloween night unlike any other at the Bourbon Club – the epitome of steamy sophistication and allure. The Bourbon is the hottest of hot spots, with each of the local glitterati vying for attention by confidently wearing whatever clothing or costume they think will get them the widest coverage in the press and on the internet by parading their shocking wild side.

--The biggest celebrities, and others who are lucky enough to make the cut, have all been invited to this exclusive hotspot. Here the crème de la crème, the A-list celebrities, and the aspiring stars each over-dress trying to draw the limelight to themselves by their Halloween costumes of every eye-catching showy type!

--But beware, beneath the racy costumes and glamorous façade hides lies, secrets, scandal, and murderous intentions!

--Just as the sultry and mesmerizing Mitsy Saxon takes the stage, her voice weaving its magic through the crowd, a piercing scream shatters the air. Chaos ensues as it becomes apparent that a heinous crime has been committed within the very walls of our beloved club. The doors are swiftly locked, sealing everyone inside, transforming this glamorous haven into a captivating crime scene.

--With no escape until the murderer is unmasked, you must channel your inner detective to uncover the truth. Every guest is a potential suspect, and every corner of the club holds a clue waiting to be discovered. Can you unravel the secrets hidden within Bourbon Jazz Club and bring the killer to justice?

Here's a brief review the mechanics of our upcoming Murder Mystery Party:

At 4:30, everyone should show up as close as possible to the 4:30 start time and drop off their contribution to the Party's Pot Luck buffet dinner table.
Drinks are BYOB.

Soon after you arrive, you'll have a choice of a specific Suspect character’s name, a very short description who your Suspect character is, and what your character knows about the murder. If all the Suspect roles have already been taken or you'd prefer not to be a Suspect, then you can be just one of several generic murder "Investigators".
(Note: "SUSPECTS" also are "Investigators", trying to sleuth-out who committed the murder, because until the end of the party, NO ONE knows who was the actual murderer!)

From 4:30 – 5:00, you can mingle/get to know the other guests at the Murder Mystery Party while imbibing whatever BYOB you've brought.

Around 5:00, everyone will sit down together and enjoy the Pot Luck dinner, talking and eating together whatever main course (or favorite side dish or salad) selections folks brought to share.

Promptly at 6:00, the Murder Mystery will start with an announcement that a body has been found at the party scene and that everyone should help the investigation by asking/talking to everyone else to uncover the clues and find out who among us is most likely to be guilty of the murder.
(Note 2: Everyone can continue snacking from the buffet table and enjoying their beverages throughout the Murder Mystery.)

Around 8:30 everyone will submit a secret ballot who they think is the murderer.

Finally, around 9:00, the announcement will be made which of us actually did commit the crime!

Remember: you’re coming to our Halloween Party to have FUN –wear a unique costume you feel laughingly happy showing-off in.

Costume examples:
a) an outrageously unusual costume (not Lil Nas X at 2022 MTV Awards, more like Madonna wearing a meat dress, or Jerry (a confident heterosexual & Ally of LGBTQ+) wearing a white wedding dress),
-or-
b) express your sexy wild side (not Megan Fox at 2021 MTV Awards, more like Emily Ratajkowski at Travis Scott’s 2018 Halloween, or Jerry in a shirtless leather vest and shorts),
-or-
c) overwhelm with classy, unique style (like elle’s “Zendaya’s Best Outfits Over the Years", or Jerry in formal black tux with tails, white silk scarf, black bowtie, and top hat).

I've led several Costumed Murder Mystery Parties (see the pictures across the event sites), and EVERYONE has had a GREAT TIME!
