In this Strength & Mobility for Cyclists Workshop, you'll learn how to improve flexibility, prevent common cycling injuries and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep you riding strong. We'll also explore breathwork techniques to support sustained effort and mental focus - whether you're climbing hills, grinding gravel or riding long-distance.
This workshop will be co-facilitated with personal trainer and mountain biking coach Casey Westbrook & Coach & Yoga Instructor Khyra Wilhelm of Wildland Guiding Company. All funds raised for the workshop will be donated to Central Oregon Trail Alliance. COTA is a local non-profit that builds and maintains trails throughout Central Oregon. Through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education, COTA betters the the Central Oregon mountain biking experience.

#### What to Expect

Whether you’re a casual rider, mountain biker, gravel grinder or road racer - this workshop is for you. No previous experience with yoga is necessary. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!

- A yoga mat (option to rent if you don’t have one)
- A pen or pencil for taking notes
