STAR: Sisters RockSTARs (read description)

Sisters RockSTARs will be a meeting once a week to tackle specific rock features on the new Trail F in the Peterson Ridge Trail System.
In most cases this will be a ride and work. Meaning, we will ride bike on the new trail.
Tools and helmets will usually be cached at the worksite or brought in by a bike trailer.

What: Meet at the location below by 5:00PM. After a brief safety talk, we will ride the .5 mile to the worksite. You are also welcome to walk to the worksite.
Plan to be back at the vehicle by 8:30PM

When: Thursday, September 10th. 5:00pm to 8:30.

How to get there:
Go up Three Creek Road Turn left on NF 1608
Stay on 1608 for .25 miles then turn left on NF 1608-100.
Stay on this for about 1 mile until you see a parking area on the left. (Please drive in from Sisters. The backroads are can be pretty rough)
From there its .5 miles to the work site via PRT East and Double Ditch.

What To Bring:

• Water
• Snacks
• Sturdy, close toed shoes
• Long pants

• Backpack
• Sunscreen/chapstick
• Warm clothes (layers)
• Knee pads
• Work gloves (can be provided)
• Eye protection (can be provided)
