When women gather, healing happens.

A hang out for pregnant mamas to connect with other mamas in the community of Cottage Grove. Hosted by your local birth doula, Elessar.

This is a women’s circle for expecting mamas to share in the experience of pregnancy with other women.

We welcome first time mamas, seasoned mamas, mothers with babes in arms, and mothers with littles.

Circles will consist of casual conversation and shares, and also optional guided activities and topics on prenatal education, ways to support the growing mother’s psyche, creating art, baby crafting and song sharing. All activities are optional and will be decided by the group attending based on how we are feeling.

Let’s break the pattern of isolation and create our village of empowered mothers to walk hand in hand with each other in our childbearing years.
