Welcome, Couch to 5K London Meetup Group!
We're excited to embark on Week 5 of our program, where we'll continue to challenge ourselves and push our limits. Your dedication and progress so far have been impressive, and we can't wait to see what you achieve next!

Join us for our upcoming event, starting with a 5-minute brisk walk to warm up your muscles and prepare for the workout ahead. In Week 5, we'll focus on increasing the duration of your running intervals and further improving your endurance.

You'll begin with a 5-minute run, testing your stamina and building your confidence. Following the run, you'll have a well-deserved 3-minute walk to recover and catch your breath. Get ready to push yourself even further as we repeat this sequence once more: a 5-minute run followed by another 3-minute walk.

To finish off the session, we'll cool down with a relaxing 5-minute walk. This will allow your body to gradually return to its resting state and promote recovery.Remember, consistency and perseverance are vital to achieving your goals. In addition to our group meetups, you'll have homework assignments during the week to maintain your progress and continue challenging yourself.

Please come dressed in appropriate running attire and ensure you have comfortable shoes. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Your safety is important to us, so please listen to your body and inform our experienced leaders if you have any concerns or questions.

Keep an eye on the meetup page for any updates or changes as the event approaches. If you have any inquiries or require further information, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to support and motivate you every step of the way.

Let's conquer Week 5 together, pushing our boundaries, and celebrating the progress we've made so far. Lace up your shoes, embrace the challenge, and let's make this week another memorable one!
