Data Modeling in the NoSQL world

Details

Update, we are in a private room and the entrance is at 69 Little 12th St!

Couchbase NYC is back! Join us at The Standard, High Line in a private room next to the Biergarten for games, food, drink, and databases. We will have two short sessions followed by relaxing, eating, ping pong, foosball, and more.

Database modeling for the relational world is a well known topic, but the inflexibility of fixed schemas often slows down or prevents new applications from being deployed. The session is a brief overview of data modeling concepts for document oriented, “not only SQL” (NOSQL) databases.

Join us to get insights on how to design your data models based on common use cases; with factors like data volume, read/write workload and query-ability. You’ll also hear more about the latest with Couchbase Server and Couchbase Capella, our fully managed Database as a service.

Note: we will follow whatever local guidelines are for COVID protocols should any be introduced before this date.
