$10 Wednesdays in Downingtown!

Come and learn! Or if you already know how, just come and Dance! Country Line Dancing lessons here with friends in Downingtown! Join us at the Downingtown United Methodist Church social hall, in Downingtown, PA almost every Wednesday from 6-9 pm. - $10 adult cover (free for those under 21). You can enter the dance hall from either the front or back parking lots.

WEDNESDAY, 2/25, Downingtown Un Methodist Church. COUNTRY INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP, 6:00-7:30, then immediately followed by our regular dance ending at 9:30. During the earlier session I will teach the blockbuster dance HONKY TONK WAY, COLD HEART, + AMERICAN KIDS or THE WOLF. If you have danced already for about 2 months you must learn these dances as they are played at every country dance in the USA. However, if you are an absolute beginner these dances are not for you. THIS WORKSHOP is also perfect for those who kind of already know these dances but who could use a review. I will be very patient + teach at a slow pace. There is no additional cost for this Workshop, but everyone must pay the usual $10 cost of attending this dance. From now on this Wednesday dance will happen every week of the year except when the church sponsors a special event. The nice thing about the weekly Wednesday Country Dance is this: It has a very nice, spacious dance floor, so no one's going to run into you. As well, no alcohol is allowed, so no drunks to bother you. Another biggie is that, although a lot of adults attend with a $10 cover, starting immediately it will be free for anyone under age 21. Please tell all your friends. The following Wed, 2/11, we will have a Beginners Workshop at 6:00 followed by our regular dance at 7:30. The $10 entrance covers both the Beginners Workshop + the Regular dance

Water is available, but otherwise please bring your own food and soft drinks.

Alcohol is prohibited, as well as cleats on the bottom of shoes, and powder for the floor.
