  • How to create space for feelings without being overwhelmed by them
  • The balance between honoring emotions and choosing mindful responses
  • Gentle practices (breath, gratitude, reflection) to help you move through difficult states with clarity and self-compassion

This will be an open, supportive gathering where you’re welcome to share reflections from your own journey—or simply listen and take it in. Together, we’ll create a safe environment for exploring how emotions can be teachers, rather than obstacles.
