About us
Who This Is For: This group is for quiet achievers, over-thinkers, and introverts who know they have valuable ideas but struggle to share them when all eyes are on them. If you ever blank under pressure, dread the idea of "networking," or feel exhausted by the expectation to be the loudest person in the room just to get noticed, you're exactly in the right place.
What We Do & What You Will Learn: We provide a safe, completely judgment-free environment to practice the professional soft skills that don't come naturally to everyone. In our events, you will learn how to:
- Improvise: Frameworks to answer unexpected questions on the spot without freezing or rambling.
- Manage your nerves: Practical techniques to calm a racing heart and speak with steady, quiet confidence.
- Connect authentically: How to initiate conversations and build meaningful professional relationships without feeling fake, pushy, or drained.
- Navigate high-stakes moments: How to stop letting pressure overwhelm you, so you can share your expertise clearly when it matters most.
The Vibe: Forget intimidating stages and high-pressure critiques. This is a low-stakes community designed so you can practice and hone your communication skills. Come as you are, practice at your own pace, and discover how you can become an effective communicator.

[Online] Speak Up at Work for Introverts - Practice Training
·OnlineOnlineDid you know that the most effective leaders are often those who used to struggle the most initially?
Did you know that soft skills like confidence, social skills, persuasiveness and even charisma, aren't innate traits, but skills you can learn?
Did you know that your effectiveness in communication and leadership has nothing to do with being and introvert or and extrovert?Imagine if you could speak up in a team meeting without your heart racing.
Imagine if you could introduce yourself at a networking event without overthinking every word.
Imagine if you could take professional opportunities on the spot without having to prepare. You don't have to imagine. This is why I created these events. I used to feel overwhelmed by pressure. I used to miss opportunities. I used to feel blocked in my career because of my soft skills.
I know how frustrating it is. But more important: I know how it feels once you're finally free. This is why I teach these skills.
Join us for a casually professional workshop in English where you can develop your soft skills and grow personally and professionally.
