Saturday Morning Meditation
Details
A meditation community for humans practicing how to be human again.
Together we’ll explore tools to:
• Release old patterns and beliefs
• Open the heart
• Transform the inner critic
• Build emotional resilience
• Stop being run by fear
• Learn to trust ourselves again
Each gathering includes mindfulness and compassion meditation to cultivate inner safety, stability, and ease. We’ll also explore self-inquiry, writing prompts, relational practices, and light somatic movement to help us see—and gently unwind—old habits and conditioning.

We welcome:
• People completely new to meditation
• Those looking to deepen their practice
• Experienced meditators seeking community
• Skeptics and meditation doubters
• Anyone suffering and looking for tools for healing and freedom
Especially welcome:
• People who say “I’m bad at meditating”
• People who’ve been meaning to start but haven’t yet
• People who feel like they’re beyond fixing
All are welcome. No experience required.
What a Typical Morning Looks Like
• 20–30 minute guided meditation
• 5–10 minute dharma reflection
• 20–30 minute group discussion
• Optional hangout afterward
