Chatbots are our friendly assistants that make our lives easier by helping us book flights, appointments, shop, get answers to our questions, etc. They also allow companies to lower the cost in customer service to allow their customer support agents to attend to more complex situations.

Despite all the advances they promise, there is a lot of speculation surrounding efficiency in chatbot security. I will be going through the best Security Practices when working with a chatbot as well as recommended training for anyone interested in a career in Security/expanding their skills.
