Welcome to the 2nd Annual Cowboy Campfire Gatherin’. The second Saturday in September (9-14-2024), is coming up fast!
We’ll have another great program this year, so plan to bring some friends. Have someone who could use some Christian encouragement? Or maybe you’ve been looking for a way to help someone who just needs to find the Lord. The CCG is just the ticket! The Cowboy Campfire Gatherin is not a church service, but it is a Christian event.
FREE Chuckwagon Style Dinner- 5:30pm
Serving begins at 5:30 pm for all ticket holders. Please remember there’s limited seating for the dinner (300).
Three ways to get your Free Meal tickets—
1.) You can pick up Free Meal Tickets on the day of the event by coming by the large Chuckwagon Tent any time during the day.
2.) Beginning this year, you can reserve meal tickets for your group beginning the week of the event by emailing First Baptist Church, Adrian at [fbc.adrian@yahoo.com](mailto:fbc.adrian@yahoo.com), or
3.) Text 806-344-0369 (Ninnette) up until 4:00 pm the day of the event to have meal tickets held for your group till you arrive.*
*(You should receive a confirmation for your ticket reservation)
**If you don't have a meal ticket, open serving begins at 6:45 pm on a first come,
first served basis, "til the grub runs out!" Last year we had plenty of food for
everyone, so come on out.
Opening Show- 6:25pm
Johnny Petty will kick off the opening show again this year. Sam Brown is back with some more great Cowboy Campfire Poetry. And joining the Cowboy Campfire Gatherin’ this year during the Opening Show will be Bunk Skeleton and Glen Spiller with some great Cowboy Campfire pickin’ and fiddle-in.
Main Concert- 7:30pm
The main event will begin with Mitch Boydstun riding in with Old Glory waving in the wind and sister Kelli Boydstun singing the National Anthem.
