Beginner Sewing Class - 101 (class 1 of 3)

Details
This is a 3-session course to learn to sew on your machine. June 19, 26, and July 3; 10a – 1p each day.
Are you ready to improve your novice sewing skills and increase your confidence with hands-on projects? This course is for you! We meet every week for three sessions learning and practicing techniques that will lead you to more advanced projects in the future. Bring your own sewing machine with bobbins and plenty of thread. We’ll learn settings and basic machine maintenance along with techniques for sewing on curves, hems, casings, proper pressing, safe use of cutting tools with rulers, and more!
NOTE – You need to test your machine to be sure it’s in working condition BEFORE your first class. Too frequently we have learners show up with machines that don’t work on their first day and we don’t repair sewing machines and don’t provide loaner sewing machines for class.
*Please make sure that you register for class and pay. If you do not pay, then you are not in the class*
