## ⏰ How the Evening Works

We’ll begin by meeting at a café for tea, short introductions, and fun icebreakers to get the conversation flowing.

After that, we’ll take a 7-minute walk together to the spa.

Once there, we’ll relax for about 2 hours and enjoy the wellness facilities, including:

• A heated pool
• Multiple sauna sections
• A cold plunge
• A salt inhalation room
• and much more...

## 💬 FAQ & Etiquette

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most people do, and the icebreakers make it easy to meet others.

What should I wear?
Cozy casual clothing (warm layers and comfy attire).
For the spa area, please bring:

• A towel
• Rubber slippers
• A large sauna towel (cotton)

## 🧖 Important Note: Textile-Free Sauna Zone

Please note that the spa includes a textile-free sauna area (strefa beztekstylna). This means:

• In the sauna zone, you do not wear swimwear or regular clothing.
• Guests are typically nude or wrapped in a towel/pareo while using the saunas.
• Towels/pareo are used to sit or lie on, and to cover yourself when walking between sauna spaces.
• Swimwear is not allowed inside sauna cabins for hygiene and safety reasons (this is standard in Poland).
