Crafting appreciation for the parts of ourselves we usually judge
Join us for a cozy, playful Valentine craft gathering where we make valentines for our inner monsters—the parts of us often labeled “too much,” “not enough,” or inconvenient.
Rather than pushing them away, we’ll pause to notice how these parts have worked to protect us, motivate us, or keep us safe. 🐲✨

### 🎨 What We’ll Do

• Choose 1–3 inner monsters (anxious planner, procrastinator, inner critic, protector, etc.)
• Decorate a small paper bag to be the Valentine's “mailbox."
• Create a Valentine per monster, each appreciating something it does for you
• Optional sharing at the end

We’ll keep it quick, playful, and very imperfect. 💛

### ✂️ Materials

I’ll bring:
Paper bags, stickers, glue sticks, scissors, markers, and craft supplies.
Optional to bring (not required):

• Colored pencils
• Extra stickers or scrap paper
• Magazines for collage
• Any simple craft items you enjoy using

### ☕ Tea Picnic Vibe

This is also a tiny Valentine's tea party at the park. 🌿
I’ll bring cookies. 🍪
You’re welcome to bring a thermos of tea and/or a small snack to share (optional).
