Cozy Mid Week Contact Impro

I’ve recently fallen in love with contact improvisation.
Sadly, I can’t make it to the Tuesday class, and doing only Sundays feels like torture 😄

So… I’m thinking of creating a small, cosy practice space on Friday evenings.
Just a few of us (max 4) to explore the basics together.

No pressure, no “teacher” — just curiosity, movement, and fun.

Idea:

• We each bring an idea or follow an impulse
• Practice, experiment, play, repeat
• Learn from each other
• Total beginner-friendly (I’m a beginner too!)

The space:

• 4.5m × 9m room with wooden floor
• Takes 10 minutes to set up and reset (its originally a class at my office)
• TV + speakers if we want to check things
• Tea, coffee, and of course… fruit 🍎🍌
• Totally free
• Hueling - La princesa (Malaga)
