What is Light Work?

Where shadow work is about embracing what’s been rejected, light work is about remembering the love that’s always been there.
In this session, we ask:
• Who or what loves your inner child?
• What parts of life still reflect that innocence, joy, and unconditional love?
• How can you use these anchors to empower yourself daily?

You’ll be guided through a group sharing session and then invited to do a gentle reflection exercise to connect with a source of love for your inner child—whether it’s a person, a memory, a song, or even your creativity.
