This will be a fun and educational photography event located at the Denver Butterfly Pavilion in a new and exciting environment. This event will be a private tripod session course led by one of the Pavilion's staff where emphasis will be placed on tripod use and macro to bring out the detail of the subject.
As stated by the DBP website; "Relish a quiet hour of photography in our tropical conservatory before we open our doors to the general public. Snap photos of awakening butterflies and exotic tropical flowers in the morning light...Join us for an up-close and practical look at photographing invertebrates! Classes focus on photography of invertebrates in our gardens, along the natural trails, and inside the tropical conservatory. All skill levels are welcome!"
We will also be raffling off several great photographic gifts free of charge from Zenfolio and Hejnar Photo to those participants in attendance.
Space is limited at this event to 23 participants. Fees are $15 for non-pavilion members; $12 if you are a member.
