State of the Standard

Bryce Adelstein Lelbach (the C++ committee representative for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory) will present an update about the current state of C++17. We'll talk about some of the major features that the standards committee has been discussing at our last few meetings:

• Concepts (currently published in an ISO TS, failed to reach consensus for inclusion into C++17)

• Modules (planned for an ISO TS)

• Operator Dot (candidate for C++17; vote is deferred until the June ISO meeting) and Unified Call Syntax (failed to reach consensus for inclusion into C++17; 11th hour efforts may make this happen, though)
