C++ is coming to Belfast

This will be the first meeting of the meetup group and will be held in TP ICAP's lovely new office space in City Quays 2. So what's on the agenda?

First and foremost I'll talk about the upcoming C++ committee meeting coming to Belfast in November. What's it about, and how you and your company can get involved.

To coincide with the WG21 meeting we are also bringing the ACCU conference over for a 2 day event with many of the great names in C++ staying on to give talks. I'll have more information on some of the talks to expect and other details for both events. The plan is to turn the ACCU conference into an annual event every Autumn.

Last but not least there will be a C++ talk - most likely on Algorithmic Architecture which should give an example of the sort of talks you might see at an ACCU event (a similar talk was delivered at a recent ACCU conference).

Of course there will be food and drinks, graciously provided by our hosts, and an opportunity to engage in some interesting conversations about C++ or anything else for that matter!
