C++ Pre-WG21 Meetup

We're back and this time hosted in CME's offices!

We've still to firm up the agenda but we can hopefully expect a talk from our own Charlie Nugent and also this will be a good chance for Paul Fee to run through his presentation for his string::contains paper as preparation for the WG21 meeting in Belfast in early November.
