CPTSD (Complex Trauma) Online Support Group
Living with Complex PTSD can feel incredibly isolating, but you don't have to navigate healing alone.
This weekly online support group is a safe, compassionate space for adults living with Complex PTSD (CPTSD) or the long-term effects of childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, or other prolonged traumatic experiences.
Together we explore topics such as:
- Understanding CPTSD and how it affects the nervous system
- Emotional regulation and overwhelm
- Shame, guilt, and negative self-beliefs
- Relationships, attachment, and boundaries
- Dissociation and nervous system responses
- Practical coping tools and healing strategies
- Finding hope, connection, and community
Whether you're newly discovering CPTSD or have been on your healing journey for years, you are welcome here. There is never any pressure to share—many members attend simply to listen until they feel comfortable.
