What we’re about
If you are interested in robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or new technologies, like IoT, AR/VR, this group is right for you! At our meetings, we raise both practical and theoretical issues. So, if you decide to join our community you will be able to hear or present tutorials, new algorithms presentations, or technology previews. That is why everyone is welcome, no matter if you are a hobbyist, student, industrial practitioner, or academic scientist. We want to meet with enthusiasts just like us!

See all- Cracow Robotics & AI Meetup #11T-Mobile/Hubraum, Kraków
We warmly invite you to the next CRAIC meetup!
Where?
This time, we will be hosting the event in hub:raum Kraków, Przemysłowa 12, 30-701 Kraków, Poland
When?
07.07.2025 Start at 18:30
Agenda:
19:00 - Maciej Skwara - How to plan path for a robotic manipulator with pyroboplan
20:00 - Short break and networking!
20:15 - Adam Krawczyk - How to connect AI agents with robots using ROS 2?
21:15 - Lightning Talks and networking!Details of the speakers:
- [ENG] How to plan path for a robotic manipulator with pyroboplan - Maciej Skwara - Let’s dive into the world of motion planning for robotic manipulators using Python. Maciej Skwara will introduce pyroboplan – a lightweight and open-source motion planning library tailored for robotic arms. The talk will demonstrate how to define solve path planning problems, and compute collision-free paths in simulated scenarios.
About the speaker: Maciej Skwara is an AI researcher at the Airob. He has experience in programming industrial manipulators in production conditions. On a daily basis, he deals with solutions in the area of computer vision. - [ENG] How to connect AI agents with robots using ROS 2? – Adam Krawczyk. Let’s explore how intelligent agents can interact with real or simulated robots in modern ROS 2 environments. Adam Krawczyk, co-founder of Wisevision, will present mcp_server_ros2 – an open-source server designed to streamline communication between AI agents and robotics systems. The project provides a lightweight interface for building distributed, modular robot control architectures where agents can reason, plan, and act independently of ROS internals.
About the speaker: Adam Krawczyk is a robotics engineer and co-founder of Wisevision. A graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology, he has hands-on experience in building real robots and large-scale simulation environments. His work focuses on practical robotics systems where classical control meets intelligent autonomy.
