What we’re about
Craft Lake City’s mission is to educate, promote and inspire local artisans while elevating the creative culture of the Utah arts community through science, technology and art. We accomplish this mission through educational programming which includes our youth artisan entrepreneurship program, year-round artisan workshop series and STEM programs, art and culture curatorial projects, exhibitions, event outreach, the Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market in Ogden, the LetterWest Conference (new for 2024) and through our largest program of the year, the Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival. In 2023, Craft Lake served over 900,000 individuals and 1,300 creatives through our various programs and initiatives. Each year we continually grow our reach within the Utah arts and culture community by continually seeking creative opportunities to engage new audiences.

About the Instructor: Prangchat Sathianthammawit (DeeDee)
Having previously worked as a fashion designer in New York, Deedee took the spare-time to establish her own venture — something fun and reflecting her personal style. W.B.THAMM was born. Years later, in 2021, she moved to Salt Lake City and dedicated herself full-time to create a sustainable clothing line. Following the successful launch, she was honored to the Etsy Design Awards in the clothing & accessories category in 2022.Tickets: $45
