Metamorphosis Mask-Making Workshop

Motherhood is a profound and transformative experience that goes beyond the physical act of giving birth. It encompasses a deep emotional, physiological and psychological journey that fundamentally changes a woman’s identity, body and perspective on life.

Whether you are in the midst of this transformation, or simply ready to meet the next version of yourself as Woman, Mother, and Creator, this workshop is for you.

This two-part workshop consists of two creative processes. It’s recommended to attend both workshops for a more wholesome and complete experience. If for some reason you can’t attend two workshops, you can still join either for part one or part two.

Facilitator: Kristina Cheraneva, founder of the “Authentic Embodiment” method, a visionary artist and embodiment guide, passionately dedicates herself to helping individuals in discovering their true selves through the transformative power of movement and expressive arts.
