This giant craft store opened in 2022 and had their Grand Opening and Craft Show in Spring 2023. It is a different concept than the typical craft supply store. It has all the usual craft supplies and classes like say Michaels, BUT it also has local crafters, they call them "Makers" who have space within the store itself and every weekend one vendor is spotlighted outside the front door - so it's an interesting way to showcase local artists. In addition they have a big craft fair 4 times a year and I've seen reviews and they are very well attended and another great showcase of local artisans.
This is going to be my first time so it will be more of a wander around and of course I'll buy something to take home with me, BUT I'm thinking it might be a good location for future Crafty People events.
We will meet inside the front door at 10:15 and then just disperse thru the store - no plans other than to enjoy the world of crafting we all love.
