Making Kimchi at Steph's

Let's make kimchi!
You will want to bring a standard mason jar, or if you already have a fermentation kit, bring that!

I'm limiting attendance to around 12 rsvps on here, but you are welcome to bring partners or a friend. You can park along the road in my neighborhood, as long as you're not blocking anyone's driveway.

If you're looking to purchase a fermentation jar, I have liked the JILLMO jars I found on Amazon. If you're boycotting Amazon, Google fermentation kits; many home goods type stores have them.
