## What is Glizzies n' Gainz?
What began as a 5-year anniversary competition has become an annual tradition here at EB Athletics. GLIZZIES N GAINS is our own spin on the popular “Hyrox” challenge; participants team up in pairs and take on 7 different challenges like rope pulls, lunges, and ski erg with some different events – like jump rope for example – with running or biking elements between. We have 3 divisions so there is a level for everyone, each division has a first, second, and third place finishing team receiving prizes from local businesses and organizations.
Each year we have a lineup of vendors in attendance so our small business can support other locally owned businesses including of course, glizzies 🌭 We gave the event an intentionally goofy name as a way to keep competition light hearted and keep fun at the center of the event. We look forward to cheering everyone on as they get after it in Gn'G 2.0!
