Our free workshop (Mindfulness & Life) will describe our upcoming mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) class (starting April 13th at Quest for Balance Wellness in Crawfordsville, Indiana) and how mindfulness can help us manage stress, work with anxiety, and find greater peace. Anyone who is interested in the MBSR class or just learning more about mindfulness is encouraged to attend!
