07 AM: Reach Manamad start to Base Village 11 AM: Visit Waterfall

04 AM: Wakeup call and Start Trek 02:30 PM: Back to Base village 03:00 PM: Start Back to Manmad
08:00 PM: Catch the Train for Hyderabad

Exclusions:

●If required Everyone has to carry equipment, tent, and mats along with them throughout the trek. (Return them after the event)
●Event Hosts have all the rights to add or remove any member and do necessary changes in route, activity, time, duration depending on the strength composition of the team and weather conditions.
●Crazy Trip Makers Club will reserve the rights to cancel the trip or your participation in the trip if the agreement is violated. Let's be responsible travelers.
●In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
●Your seat might be in RAC, WL or confirmed depending on the date you've paid the advance. If you're ticket doesn't gets confirmed after the chart preparation,
we'll be booking a bus ticket and the difference amount will be collected. If train tickets are in RAC have to adjust with another co-passenger.
Guidelines: we strictly follow -leave no trace policy (even if it’s a banana peel / or and orange peel) no trace should be left.
We try to make the travel arrangements as perfectly as possible but it doesn't happen every time and we have to seek immediate alternate mode of transport, if you are a person who doesn't like to adjust, we suggest you not RSVP

TRANSPORTATION BOOKING CLAUSE:
● Please book your slots for the event at least 45 days before the start date to have a peaceful journey in Train without Waitlist or RAC travel
● This is important because railway tickets may not be available closer to the event date, and booking at the last minute may result in additional costs for Tatkal tickets. To avoid these issues and ensure your participation in the event, please book your slots well in advance.
● ·If train ticket doesn't gets confirmed after the chart preparation or breaths are in RAC, have to adjust with co-passengers or we'll be booking a bus ticket and the difference amount will be collected.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled, the organisation provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.
● If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstance (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), EA will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible, will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed up to same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.
● If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.). No refund would be provided.
● Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Train Cancellations etc.), Will be beard by customer. EA will not be liable.
P.S.- Trek will begin if there are more than 6 attendants.
