Mobile Home Park Investing With Karl Kulpak

We are going to deep dive the world of investing in Mobile Home Parks. While there are not many local there are many nationwide. Karl is going to show us how he invests in Mobile Home Parks all across the United States and manages them from his phone.

We will be hosting it at the North Penn Volunteer Fire Company Halligan Bar. The best entrance to use is the one closest to the train tracks. There is a full service bar and food there. All the dollars we spend helps keep the firehouse 100% Volunteer and serving our local communities. Doors open at 7:00pm and we will start promptly at 7:30pm. See you there!
Parking is on the opposite side of the railroad tracks. Use the door closest to the tracks and come up the stairs to the Halligan Bar.
