What we’re about
"create and connect"--a gentle, heartwarming space for anyone who’s looking to tap into their creativity, connect with like-minded souls, and explore themselves more deeply to invite in greater joy, self-love, and self-esteem. Most of all, we’ll come together to simply enjoy the process of creating and being.
This is a relaxed and inclusive online session where we’ll make art and craft using your own materials at the comfort of your home — All about ease, embracing the process, and enjoying playful self-expression withouht jany udgement from anyone including yourself. Along the way, I’ll gently offer open-ended prompts and reflective questions that might help spark connection — not only with others, but with your own inner world. How much or how little you choose to share is always up to you.
Each session is a co-created experience. I’m learning and growing with you, and I’ll be tuning in each time to improve how I host my workshops. In the near future, I hope to offer in-person gatherings as well, when the time feels right.

I’ve studied complementary therapies, holistic counselling, and transpersonal art therapy, and I’m passionate about gently weaving some of these elements into our creative time together — with the hope of nurturing emotional wellbeing and supporting gentle awareness of your inner world through artistic expression
