Led by an experienced group facilitator with a Master’s in Mindfulness Studies, this class is designed to welcome beginners, neurodiverse individuals, and seasoned meditators alike.
In this gently guided hour, you’ll experience two accessible meditation practices:
- 🧘♀️ A 15-minute seated meditation to cultivate stillness, presence, and breath awareness
- 🚶♂️ A 15-minute walking meditation to bring mindfulness into gentle movement
Each practice is followed by short group reflection and optional sharing.
This class is trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and perfect if you're looking for a low-pressure way to deepen your practice or simply take a mindful pause in your week.
