Navigating the Inner Dialogue of Women with ADHD: Create Space for Boundaries

Details
Find yourself being easily pushed around?Do you harbor resentment towards people you love, but you don't know how to change it? Do you blame yourself or others for the difficulties of life? Do you find yourself giving, giving, giving, and having nothing left for yourself?
You’re not alone, friend.
Join us for this session of NVC for Women, where we’ll focus on integrating the NVC framework into your inner dialogue, with a special emphasis on setting and maintaining compassionate boundaries. This session will provide space to reflect on your progress from previous sessions, identify where boundaries are most needed, and practice using mindful self-awareness to assert those boundaries in alignment with your core values and unmet needs.
Through interactive exercises, you’ll gain valuable tools for navigating your inner critic with empathy, fostering self-respect, and creating space for emotional balance and clarity.
This session is designed to regain your power, honor your boundaries with compassion and confidence, and support your journey of self-awareness and growth.
Limit to 10 women. Stairs required.

Mary-Carmen Wiser (she/her) is a group facilitator, mindfulness educator, and passionate community builder with a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She specializes in creating trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming spaces where women and queer individuals can reconnect with their inner wisdom, release stuck emotions through somatic practices, and explore self-compassion as a radical tool for healing.
With a background in meditation, psychoeducation, and emotional awareness, Mary-Carmen supports others in working with their inner critic, releasing internalized oppression, and cultivating authentic connection—in both body and community. Her workshops weave together contemplative traditions, science-backed techniques, and fierce tenderness to support those who feel disillusioned by capitalist, patriarchal, and colonized systems.
