Do you believe you need to put other people’s needs ahead of your own unless you want them to think you're selfish?

Do you say yes when you want to say no because saying no would make you feel guilty?

If someone's feeling irritated do you believe you've done something wrong?

If you said yes to even one of these questions, I’m afraid I have bad news for you.

You are a people-pleaser!

And here are more bad news:

People-pleasing doesn’t get you accepted, liked, appreciated or loved.

All it does is get you taken for granted.

I'm afraid I know this all too well because I tried people-pleasing for a very long time when I was young and I failed miserably!

The good news is that, like me, you can stop being a people-pleaser.

But, first, you need to know how.
