Paris-Bruxelles is a short film distributed by 22 Rue. 22 Rue is based in Paris, France founded by Tiffani-Amber TORRES, a Mexican-American from San Bernardino. She resided in North Hollywood and South Central in LA for 6 years. Tiffani stands by all film guild & union strikes!* This film is to promote the talent and film industry in France! The premiere is at Gardena Cinema in Los Angeles on September 18-24. The film's theatrical release will meet the 96th Academy Awards eligibility and will be under consideration later this year.

*Currently, productions are being filmed here, in Paris, in both English and French. There are no unions here. The hours here for a film shooting day are 8-10 hours max per day, 5 days a week. Also, there is an agreement here for artists to work 507 hours a year and get paid the rest. There's universal health care. You can have a 1 bedroom apartment in the city for under 1,000 EUR (There are also furnished apartments). Master's + PhD in English is under 300 EUR a year. You don't need a car. Transport for train, bus, tram, and metro is 84 EUR/Month. Also, many companies cover the transport card with up to 75% reimbursement. I'm writing this from a Prêt a Manger (It's like a French Starbucks) I paid 12 EUR for 5 coffees a day every day for 1 month! Can you believe this is Paris? It's very affordable to live here. Also.. you can buy a 4-bedroom house outside of Paris for under 400,000 EUR.
