I am so excited to offer lunchtime meditation classes online
I know that evenings don’t work for everyone, particularly parents! So I want to offer you the opportunity to feel calm and relaxed during the day.

The classes will consist of breath meditations, body scans and gratitude meditations.

You will come out of this practice feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for whatever the rest of the day has to offer.

We are going to come together online so you can do the meditations wherever you are, including outside in the garden as the weather is improving!
You can take a few minutes to yourself while the kids and partners are out of the house or while you have a few minutes off work and there are no extra distractions.

This class is suitable for someone with a longstanding mindfulness practice or for a complete beginners, all meditations will be guided and you will feel held and supported throughout our time together.
And I will also note when it is 1pm so if you can only do 30 minutes, you will be able to duck out without having to keep an eye on the time yourself.
This will be the best €21 you will have ever invested in yourself and those around you will thank you for it too!

When: Thursday, 31st July at 1 – 1.45pm Irish time
Who: anyone over 15 years
Where: Online (the link will be sent out the morning of the class)
