AVIARY BIRDS FUN

A SOCIAL FIELD TRIP TO THE NATIONAL AVIARY!
The Aviary will be a fun place to socialize and share the wonder of some of nature's creatures while getting to know other friendly people.

The Aviary is an interesting "bird habitat" where you will see all types of birds, including penguins, flamingos, eagles, owls, and colorful parrots and toucans, along with unique Birds-of-Paradise, Hornbills, and smaller songbirds, all within immersive walk-through habitats where many fly freely. Expect to encounter large raptors like Andean Condors, tropical species like Turacos and Tanagers, and water birds like Pelicans and Spoonbills, plus opportunities for encounters with some of these animals.

There is a small cafe or we may all choose to meet somewhere after for an early dinner.

Admission for the Aviary is $20.95 for adults, $18.95 for seniors (60+), and $17.95 for children (2-12). This is intended to be an adult event but in this situation children are welcome unless we go to a restaurant (TBD) after.

How will you find us? We will meet at the entrance where you'll pay the admission fee. I look like my photo. There is a small parking lot attached to the Aviary and some street parking.
