As an extension of last week’s conversation, let’s explore the topic of nonconformity.
They say we shouldn’t conform in ways that go against our authentic self or principles, but what does that really mean? And what are the consequences of going against the group or status quo?
Here’s a few more questions to get us going…

To what degree do you conform to the environments you find yourself in? In what situations are you more likely to conform and when do you tend to go against the norm?

What’s the price of conformity and what’s the price of non-conformity? What experiences have you had with both?

How does our fear of going against the majority impact ourselves and others, and when can nonconformity be taken to an extreme?
You don’t have to conform to any belief system or ideology to join our conversation. The intention is to explore this topic in an open and expansive way, so a wide variety of perspectives are welcomed. I hope to see you Thursday :)
