Apparently there’s an island in Greece that has the world’s longest living population and is almost entirely free of chronic disease. They call it the island of immortals and say it that it holds the secrets to happiness, health and longevity.
This gives me the idea for us to share our best kept secrets in this week’s conversation. Let’s swap some of our hidden knowledge by considering the following…
