Kitchener Coffee & Conversation - Negotiations

I have a big negotiation coming up which has me considering my strategy. We are in constant negotiation with ourselves, others and the world in big and small ways. So this week let’s talk about our experiences with and approach to negotiation with these questions….

• Do you consider yourself a good negotiator? What approach works well for you and what have you found ineffective?

• How do we engage in fair negotiations? What tactics cross the line and what is fair game?

• What are some of the hidden dynamics that play out in negotiations and how do we notice and address these things?

I think this will be an interesting conversation, so I hope you can join us. Perhaps by sharing our ideas we will learn to be more savvy and/or fair in our future negotiations. See you Thursday!
