Intrinsic Motivation. How can we use it to turn our work environment into a motivational environment, filled with self-determined, passioned people? I hope that together we can create a community of knowledgeable motivational agents who will make this world a better place.
For almost 10 years I have been researching and using motivational practices in IT (I myself am an Agile Test Coach). This year I am presenting my latest model (the SPACEMAP) on conferences:

I'm looking for a group of like-minded people to discuss and share knowledge. Since I couldn't find such a group in the Netherlands yet, I created this meetup.
This meetup is for:
- anyone who is interested in turning their own work environment, into a motivating work environment
