As children we are encouraged to be playful, creative and joyful and we are given many opportunities to be so.  As we age our responsibilities encroach on our time and often snuff out our playful and creative spark.  As we all know, fire requires air to burn brightly and we as humans need space between constant life demands in order to replenish, rejuvenate and flourish.
This is a safe place to ignite your inner child who is unabashedly playful and creative.  It's also an opportunity to silence your inner critic who only wants stifle the flames of your creative spirit.  Join us in the practice of letting go of those critical voices while inviting loving, nurturing and playful ones as we learn, inspire, share and create together.
