WORKSHOP DETAILS & DESCRIPTION
In each workshop I will present project/journal prompts designed to take us all on an intuitive journey of fearless creativity, personal exploration and self-love. Use any of the prompts as you wish or go completely in your own direction. Stay tuned for the "Prompt Preview" that I will post the week of the workshop as it will help you gather the supplies.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
You can adapt the prompts in any way that works with whatever supplies you already have on hand. You can even just sketch or doodle along with pencil and paper if that's all you have.

I will be using anything from my mixed media stash depending on prompts.

What is a RNG# and how to use it???
My mantra for the year is "Use it or lose it!" In that spirit I have created a system that challenges us to use more of our art materials by using a random number generator (RNG). If you would like to participate in this challenge here's what you can do

1. Make a numbered list of your pigmented mediums and supplies/tools that you want to use (or you can simply count out shelves and drawers where you store supplies)
2. Use the RNG #s that I provide each week to select the appropriate item on your list (If my number is larger than your list, just continue counting from back at the beginning until you reach my number).
3. Use that item (or something from the shelf or drawer)
   I will go over this in the workshop too
