What we’re about

Through this online accountability group you will have direct access to me, a certified and insured Life Coach, trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a lover of Mindful Photography.

I extend a heartfelt invitation to all of you to join me online from anywhere in the world for the CreatingHer Monthly Accountability Group. Our monthly gatherings are an opportunity to explore your goals, to connect, provide mutual support, develop creative solutions for overcoming challenges, and provide motivation to stay on track towards achieving your goals to create the life you love.

We meet the last Wednesday evening of each month 6:00 - 7:00 pm via Microsoft Teams.

CreatingHer is ideal for Women:

  • Who have yearly goals but face challenges with staying on track to achieve them.
  • Who finds it challenging to keep to routines, maintain focus, and sustain motivation in their daily life.
  • Who want to understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve their mental and physical well-being.
  • Who think their confidence, self-awareness, and emotional control are stopping progress in creating the life they love.
  • Who are excited about the opportunity for self-improvement in a closely connected, encouraging community of individuals with similar goals.
  • Willing to show up for themselves to achieve the life they want through accountability and encouragement.

To get the most from the monthly sessions you are willing to:

  • Listen and share during group sessions.
  • Attend sessions that combine coaching, therapy and training.
  • Consistently attend sessions to ensure you receive the maximum benefit of encouragement to achieve your goals.
  • Create a safe space for those who attend.
  • Adhere to CreatingHer Monthly Accountability Group guidelines that have been developed to support the wellbeing of others.

If CreatingHer Monthly Accountability Group makes you feel excited, I look forward to seeing you.
