Physical wellbeing has a clear place in everyday life: movement, exercise, nutrition, rest. But often the mind is not treated in the same way. Yet the mind is where our thoughts and ideas live. Creative Connection is a response to this gap. It’s a kind of mind gym – a space for creativity, curiosity, and experimentation.

This is a ticketed event.

This workshop
This session focuses on simple games and exercises that help unlock creative thinking. We explore common blocks like the fear of the blank page and the question: where do ideas come from?
Through playful, low-pressure activities, you’ll experience different ways of starting, responding, and thinking together with others. There is no focus on talent or outcome – only on process and participation.

For whom
For everyone! Creativity plays a role in almost everything – personal life, professional situations, problem solving, and wellbeing. It also adds meaning and depth to how we experience life.
This space is open to anyone who wants to reconnect with that in a simple, playful way. A warm welcome especially to those who don’t usually bring creativity into their everyday life, but feel curious about it.

What to expect
A session with simple activities and creative challenges. Expect to play, laugh, meet new people, experiment, and leave feeling inspired.
Some of the activities are based on simple doodling, word games, and quick creative prompts that anyone can join in without preparation.

All materials are included in the price. If you like, you are welcome to bring your own sketchbook or any tools you prefer to use during the session.
