This workshop
Together we'll use simple creative exercises to reflect, slow down, and notice what's happening beneath the surface. We'll explore the voice of the inner critic, the way we speak to ourselves, and what we might discover when we meet those thoughts with curiosity instead of judgment.
You don't need to be creative, artistic, or good at drawing. This isn't an art class, and there is nothing to get right. The exercises are simple, playful, and open to everyone.
We hope you'll leave feeling a little lighter, a little more connected to yourself, and with a few creative tools you can return to.
For whom
For the tired and the inspired, for the confident and the self-critical, for the artsy and the hesitant. For the curious, the overthinkers, and anyone who simply wants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
What to expect
Expect simple doodling, creative prompts, and hands-onactivities designed to help you slow down and reflect.
Practical info
All materials are included in the price. If you like, you are welcome to bring your own sketchbook or any tools you prefer to use during the session.

Tickets are non-refundable, as costs for venue rental, materials, and event preparation are committed in advance.
