Many of the ways we react to stress, relationships, boundaries, and self-worth were formed very early in life. Those patterns often live not just in our thoughts, but in our nervous system and body.

This session is designed to gently reconnect you with your inner child — the younger part of you that still holds memories, emotions, and unmet needs.

Through a guided and supportive process, we will explore how to bring awareness, compassion, and healing to those early emotional patterns.

During this session we may work with:

• Guided reflection and visualization
• Gentle nervous system awareness practices
• Emotional processing and release
• Reconnecting with self-compassion and safety
• Creating new internal patterns of support and care

The goal is not to relive painful experiences, but to meet them with understanding and transform how they live within you today.

You may leave the session feeling:

• lighter and more emotionally aware
• more connected to yourself
• calmer in your nervous system
• better able to respond rather than react in daily life

This is a safe, respectful, and supportive space. No prior experience with meditation, healing work, or personal development is needed.

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself with kindness.
