We all carry stories that began long before us.

Family experiences, emotional patterns, beliefs, and unspoken histories can quietly shape how we move through life, relationships, and even how we see ourselves.

This session is designed to create a supportive space to explore ancestral healing and forgiveness the process of recognizing what has been passed down, releasing what no longer serves us, and creating room for renewal.

Through gentle guided practices, reflection, and nervous system awareness, we will work toward bringing compassion and understanding to our personal and family histories.

During this session we may explore:

• Recognizing inherited emotional patterns
• Understanding how family dynamics influence our lives
• Practices of forgiveness and release
• Reconnecting with inner strength and personal agency
• Creating space for healing and renewal moving forward

This work is not about blaming the past or reliving painful memories. Instead, it is about bringing awareness, compassion, and choice to what we carry.

No prior experience with healing practices or meditation is required.

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
